My filament guide tubes were colliding with the corners of the acrylic cover and it was warping slightly while losing its original shape. I developed this Full Acrylic Straightener / Filament Separator / Guide to aid in the process and it works quite well. I crafted multiple iterations of this before landing on the final "puzzle piece" design. Print Settings Printer: QIDI Tech Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.12 Infill: 15% Notes: Support used on interior to ensure proper mating of acrylic parts. Printed in ABS with 3 shell layers, 7 top and bottom layers. My infill for these parts was 30% and layer height 0.12mm, feel free to adjust them to your desired amounts. Post-Printing Cleanup I cleared out the inside after removing the support using a flathead screwdriver.
