I've been noticing my filament guide tubes keep hitting the corners of the acrylic cover and that's causing it to bend a little while losing its original shape. To address this issue, I created these Acrylic Straighteners / Filament Separators / Guides which seem to be working quite well so far. One type has a flat center, whereas another features a slightly raised center. Print Settings: Printer: QIDI Tech Rafts: It doesn't really matter. Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.12mm Infill: 30% Notes: These parts were printed in ABS with 3 shell layers, 7 top and bottom layers. My infill for these parts was set at 30%, but you're welcome to change it to your preferred amount along with the layer height of 0.12mm.
