I wanted to give this cover a fresh look, so I remixed it. The original design kept popping out when the wires pulled upwards - every time the build plate returned to its home position. This new design incorporates a lip at the bottom and works best with TPE or TPU materials to allow for some flexibility. Once installed, it's a snug fit that won't budge. The internals and capping section no longer need supports due to the chamfering. Just a small amount of support is advisable for the perimeter to ensure the lip is accurate. I'll share my basic settings below because I had trouble printing with TPE until I dialled them in - now it prints very well.
