External Filter / Scrubber for the Qidi Q1 Pro consists of three parts: the Mount Base, the Hepa Box, and the Activated Carbon Box.The design features rails that allow the Hepa box and Carbon box to be easily removed without needing to unscrew anything. Additionally, both the Hepa and Carbon boxes have sliding lids for convenient access. Mount base to be fit by screws at the back of the printer, M3 self-tapping. Hepa box, I used two of 40 * 80 * 15mm filters (https://www.amazon.com/Electropan-Filter-Replacement-Robotic-Cleaner/dp/B0782T7L6P)Carbon box, I used 4 of the replacement carbons filters for Elegoo/ Anycubic air filter https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B3MWKN8G?ref=nb_sb_ss_w_as-reorder_k0_1_18&amp=&crid=1OZZM9WE5DTLG&amp=&sprefix=activated+carbon+fUpdateV2 Box 1 , V2 Box 2 have the same inner space (W81,*D82*H19mm) hence you have the option to put the hepa or carbon first after the mount base.V2.5, the Carbon box, can insert 4 replacement carbons filters for Elegoo/ Anycubic air filter however 2 stacked at each other, time for air through carbon will be more (check picture)I also included the option to add an additional 80mm fan on the back side, with mounting holes for screw inserts already integrated into the model. However, I don't think you'll need it. Printing, you will need support for it (enable support), 3mf files included (I am new to 3d printing so settings maybe optimized by more experienced people). I have printed it with PLA as I print only PLA. Please note, the rails spacing is tight hence 1st time you mount the boxes into each other maybe difficult. Tested means I printed it and working. Please note this have not been tested properly with VOC/air quality measurement devices to check it's effectiveness.
