Magnetic Door Prop for QIDI Tech Printer Works Perfectly with Flashforge and Markebot Tired of Losing the Door Prop, Now I Have a Secure Solution I designed this magnetic door prop to attach easily to my QIDI Tech printer. It also works great on my Flashforge and Markebot printers. The magnets are strong enough to keep the door in place without any issues. Post-Printing I used two half-inch round neodymium magnets that fit perfectly into the prop. You can find these magnets on eBay for a reasonable price. They hold the door securely, making it easy to open and close. To attach the magnetic door prop, I used a 3M command strip (removable) to secure it in place. However, you could also use double-sided tape or glue for a more permanent solution. How I Designed This I built this design using OnShape.
