QIDI Filament Oiler
thingiverse
This is a custom filament oiler that I designed specifically for my QIDI printer. The components are engineered to "interlock", which means you'll probably need to sand down the male flanges slightly in order to get them to fit snugly into the top piece. To achieve this, I printed the top without rafts or supports. In contrast, the bottom had to be printed with both rafts and supports due to its steep printing angle. This oiler is carefully crafted to hold a piece of sponge that absorbs oil, which I personally use peanut oil for when printing Semiflex products from Ninjaflex. It's worth noting that I've finally mastered the settings required to print Semiflex successfully with my QIDI printer, and this custom part may have played a significant role in that accomplishment. If you're experiencing difficulties printing Semiflex on your own QIDI, feel free to send me a private message for detailed instructions on how to achieve optimal results.
