The carriage is positioned as close to the duct's base as feasible, allowing for an extremely tight fit with a squared heater block. I opted for ABS material, which has performed remarkably well after 100 hours of use, accompanied by a carbon fiber PLA duct that exhibits minimal warping or melting. The printing parameters employed include a layer height of .18, along with supports that utilize only the touch platform.
