Qi Wireless Octopus Tentacle Phone Stand with Pockets for Magnets

<p>This is a scaled up version of my octopus phone stand with pockets for magnets. It is sized such that an Qi wireless charger and iPhone fit in the cradle. I sized it for Ubio labs 10W chargers, currently availble at Costco.</p> <p><a href="https://www.costco.com/Ubio-Labs-10W-Qi-Wireless-Charging-Pad%2c-2-pack.product.100425275.html">https://www.costco.com/Ubio-Labs-10W-Qi-Wireless-Charging-Pad%2c-2-pack.product.100425275.html</a></p> <p>These chargers are 11mm thick, and my iPhone with case is 10.7mm thick. You may need to scale the octopus slightly to make it fit with other phones or chargers.</p> <p>The magnets are 8mm dia, 3mm thick neodymium magnets and are secured with a dab of cyanoacrylate adhesive. The stand works fine if you don't place magnets in the pockets. You could also put some rubber non-skid pads on the bottom. (Reuse the rubber from the back of the Qi charger)</p> <p>The chargers are affixed to the tentacle using quality double stick tape. Removing the back rubber pad from the charger made it adhere better.</p> <p>Print with supports.</p> <p>I like tentacles.
