QI Wireless Charger for IKEA bed for 5.1" smartphone

Here is the rewritten text: I designed and built my own Qi wireless charger bed for an IKEA bed that fits 5.1" phones - I'm using it with my Samsung Galaxy S6 and S7. Before releasing the final product, I created three prototypes - the last one is secured with screws on the back side, but it can be used without them as well. The charger consists of two parts: a body and a thin top cover. The body is designed using the charger_v3_p1.stl file, while the thin top cover is designed using the charger_v3_p2.stl file. I printed the body lying on its side with holes for screws and supports. I fixed the PCB inside the body using two spots of hot-glue. The coil is placed on short pieces of flexible tubes to minimize the distance between the coil and the phone - I used heat shrink tube for this purpose. The top thin cover is glued together with acetone, as it's made of ABS material. I printed two of them for both sides of my bed. The LEDs on the PCB were too bright at night, so I covered them with black insulating tape that has pin-holes - now they can only be seen when directly in front of them. I'm also attaching the source code for this project, which was designed using FreeCAD. It contains many invisible objects used during the designing process - feel free to adjust it according to your bed size or smartphone size.
