Qi Charging Stand for iPhone 6 Plus

UPDATED: With the new design, the phone stays firmly in place at the bottom due to a carefully crafted slope on the base. This thoughtful addition prevents the phone from sliding outward and slipping past the placement limit, ensuring uninterrupted charging even when placed at an angle. The rail mount accessory is designed for easy adjustment, accommodating various railing sizes with precision. I created a desktop mount for my Qi Wireless charger that fits perfectly, while allowing for flexibility to accommodate multiple phone sizes. Note that the STL file includes minor improvements over the original model printed. The Qi Charger Model Q8 was the chosen device for this project, and it's worth mentioning that the model has been optimized with enough slack to fit various phone sizes. When it comes to print settings, I opted for a MakerGear M2 printer with high-resolution printing capabilities: Resolution 0.200mm and Infill 20%. Supports were only added near the upper cavity where USB ports are located, as they proved necessary. During the design process, I used Calipers for precision measurements and relied on Fusion 360 and Simplify3D software to bring my ideas to life.
