QFH Antenna
thingiverse
I built a QFH Antenna for use with my SDR radio to pick up and decode weather satellites. The rest of the build I made using pipe and coax I already had on hand. Support pipe is designed to be 40mm in diameter, similar to this: http://www.diy.com/departments/floplast-push-fit-waste-pipe-dia40mm-white/152664_BQ.prd Arms for the coax are made from 21.5mm pipe, like this: http://www.diy.com/departments/floplast-overflow-waste-pipe-dia215mm-white/109187_BQ.prd I used coax with a 7mm outer diameter, standard shielded and satellite cable. You can use the calculator here to calculate the rest of the sizes: http://jcoppens.com/ant/qfh/calc.en.php I've included both STL files and Fusion 360 source files so you can modify them as needed.
With this file you will be able to print QFH Antenna with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on QFH Antenna .
