QCX/QMX to PowerPole Adapter

This little adapter holds a power pole and a 90 degree 5 x 2.1 mm DC power cable. I used Digikey part number 839-1377-ND. Each cable will make two adapters. You will also need 2 M2.5 x 14 mm screws and one M2.5 x 5 mm screw. I am including the Fusion 360 file if you want to modify it. I left a parameter table that allows you to change the depth of the connector and a couple of other things. Simply insert the cable into the radio and measure the protrusion. Enter that into the parameter table and it will adjust the dimensions to fit. Be sure to specify in or mm. This could be more easily printed in PLA but PET-G is more durable. It is important that the layer height is .12 mm or the "Bottom_Thickness" is changed to be 4 layers. The walls are set to be 2 layers from a .4mm nozzle. NOTE: The model prints best if you flip it 180 degrees and have the outside down. (Sorry, that is not how I drew it.)
