QCoo LED cube case / enclosure
thingiverse
This is a case enclosing for the QCoo Cube Developer Version, a cube that boasts 150 RGB LEDs, Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity, an IMU comprising Gyro and Accel sensors, and a Vibration Motor - all coming with the most underwhelming firmware installed by QCoo. I crafted some 3D plasma firmware that seamlessly fits within the limited resources of the Atmel328 microcontroller, transforming it into a lantern light. This custom firmware is included as QCooLaterne.txt, which can be easily renamed to .ino and used as a drop-in replacement for the original Arduino sketch - provided you have the necessary components like the FastLED library and other files from the original firmware available at https://github.com/avatarlinken/QCoo-Code. While it's not perfect, it gets the job done.
