QAV250 GOPRO Racing Inline Camera Mount
thingiverse
We'd had enough of bashing our GoPro camera when going through gates and tight spots because the only spot where the camera would fit on the stock frame was on top. So we designed a new top plate that moves the GoPro camera inline with the frame, freeing up space for our $50 pilot cam to take the impact. Not only did this make things go faster, but it looked cooler too. The base mount is tilted 30 degrees for a relatively quick forward flight (unless you're Charpu), giving you great 'in-frame' footage. Just pop your GoPro camera into the mount, add your favorite strap, and then snap the pilot camera onto the top plate - and you're ready to go. Compatible with GoPro 3 and 4 models. We're always up for hearing back from our pilots and looking for ways to improve the design. Version Log: V1.0 features short top arms; V1.1 adds extended arms to protect your GoPro from side collisions. Full version available on hover.ly: Don't have a printer?
