QAV250 32mm board camera piitch gimbal mount
thingiverse
This was specifically designed for the Lumenier CS-600 board camera mounted on the QAV250, and it should fit other 32mm board cameras without issue but may need to be trimmed or adjusted slightly to fit perfectly. If you want to try and make a copy of this design and edit it to fit a different board cam, please refer to the original design: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/fqlsTjqRy8e-lumenier-board-cam-gimbal-v8/edit. The entire assembly was designed to mount snugly between the 2nd set of standoffs, where the front servo mount is intentionally tall, sandwiching the mount between the upper and lower frame plates in a secure manner without the need for screws or other hardware to mount it to the QAV250 frame. #2x7/16" servo screws are used to mount the camera mount to the gimbal base. It's believed that the screws to mount the board to the camera mount are the ones provided with the Lumenier plastic case: http://www.getfpv.com/ultra-light-plastic-lumenier-camera-case.html. You can also find a video showing the design in action at this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-rMJGkurOnY. Print Settings Printer Brand is RepRap. Printer used for printing this design is HIC Prusa i3. Rafts are not necessary for this print. Yes, supports were required to hold the model securely. The desired resolution is achieved with a .2mm layer height. Additional Notes: The printed object was produced in ABS plastic with a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer size.
