30CM "Knight Rider" LED Strip holder for QAV210. Affordable strips can be found on Aliexpress and eBay for just $1.5. I created this design because I had some extra LED strips lying around and wanted to integrate them into my quadcopter. Mounting them on the bottom was the only feasible option since circling the frame at the top would have been too close to the props. For added stability, I recommend screwing in the quad legs to keep them securely attached to the arms - they're designed for this purpose after all. My design is still a work in progress, with some tweaks yet to be made. You may notice that one side near the center of the quad appears bare; this is because I designed it symmetrically and will fix this soon. Once you've centered the strip, keep in mind that one part will be longer due to the strip controller. As for durability, I'm guessing it should hold up as long as it doesn't crash straight onto rocks horizontally. I printed mine using PLA, but plan on trying an ABS print next time.
