I decided to create one that would fit exactly right because none of them did. The new part works like a precision-cut glove! It was a tight squeeze getting it into the frame without needing any adjustments to the screws. This piece is specifically designed for use with the 1806 motors. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 100% Notes: I used PLA material to print mine at 0.2mm resolution, 100% infill, and no supports; the entire process took about 15 minutes, and now it fits perfectly!
