I notice that it's a bit undersized, so I printed one at 100.5% scale and it fit perfectly right off the printer. This protective cover is designed for the QAV-R RGB LED Distribution Board, and I'm currently working on some LED holders for the arms as well. To achieve this, I'm using Taulman's 910 alloy filament because of its exceptional toughness and semi-translucent properties. That way, I can take full advantage of it when creating the LED holders. I welcome any feedback and would love to hear your suggestions or requests on how to further improve it. There are two files available for now: a regular version and one with support for the holes in case you want to print it facing up. This may not be necessary on your setup, but mine has trouble printing recessed bolt holes when printed face up without these supports. I use Cura on my Mendel Prusa i3 printer and have found that the software wouldn't print the supports at .4 or .2 mm thickness. However, when I set them to .6mm thick, the software could finally print the supports successfully.
