QAV 250 Battery Clamp

QAV 250 Battery Clamp

thingiverse

I had problems with fixing my battery on my QAV 250 drone, so I designed a lightweight battery clamp to solve the issue. To power it, I used a Turnigy nano-tech 1500mAh Battery that provides reliable performance. The default screws from the Zmr 250 can be used for assembly without any modifications. My frame of choice is the one available on this website: http://de.aliexpress.com/item/Free-Shipping-New-QAV250-Carbon-Fiber-Mini-250-FPV-Quadcopter-Frame/1963567295.html?spm=2114.010208.3.20.fOpXQT&ws_ab_test=searchweb201556_10,searchweb201602_5_10057_10056_10065_10037_10055_10054_10069_301_10059_10033_10058_10032_10017_10070_10060_10061_10052_10062_10053_10050_10051,searchweb201603_9&btsid=bb339b9b-bcb2-4b84-9ea8-8f3ac132c836. To print the clamp, I used a RepRap printer with Vulcanus settings: no rafts or supports, 0.2mm resolution, and 15% infill density.
