QAV 210, 180, and R XT60 Mount
thingiverse
I've actually witnessed a short circuit occur when someone's battery leads got severed from the carbon fiber at a race. This guy uses the little silicon donut that Lumenier provides to secure his leads, which is a game-changer. I took it a step further by adding a small "nubbin" for easy one-handed disconnecting - just press your thumb against it and you're good to go! I've included an extra one without the mount for those who use the PDB with built-in XT60, but still want the convenience of the "nubbin". I'm seriously considering patenting that term. The part is printed in Ninjaflex, which works well, although Simiflex might be a bit overkill. This design is based on what I use on my QAV250 - it attaches to the standoffs and should fit any frame around the same size. There's now an updated version of the top plate mount that's easier to put on and take off, so I'll leave both options available for those who prefer a tighter fit.
