TWEETERVILLE Q11 These are Tweeter Horns designed specifically for my combo amp, sporting an unmistakable Dr. Suess flair! Check out http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2237159 to see my version of the 4" midrange horn. I crafted the Bodies using FUSION 360, with one file being a single entity and the other two meant to be combined on a Dual Extrusion 3D printer for precision practice in drooling techniques! STEP files are included for both the single and double versions, allowing you to modify them within your preferred CAD program. Have fun experimenting! This print was sliced and coded using ReplicatorG with 1 shell (2 total) employing PLA, optimized for a smooth finish. Printed on a FlashForge Creator Pro, similar to the Makerbot Replicator 2, under the following conditions: - Heated Bed: 45 Celsius - Blue Painters Tape on bed, no additional treatment required - Print Temperature: 220 degrees Celsius - No supports or rafts were used - Feedrate: 40 mm/s - Travel Feedrate: 55 If you have more optimum feedrates to share, please do so! I'm eager to improve my sharing and optimize my prints. I'd appreciate your help in refining my file-sharing process. STEP files have proven reliable for me, but if they're a problem for you, please let me know what common Cad format works best for you.
