Q11 NY Corners These sleek Art-Deco style corner protectors adorn an amplifier with precision. The rounded interiors ensure a smooth finish. Silicon adhesive securely attaches them to the amp, which has remained in place for nearly two years. The bodies of these corner protectors were designed in FUSION 360 using a picture from a woodworking magazine as inspiration. They are smaller and more compact than their counterparts, with a distinctive truncated shape. This design was sliced and coded using ReplicatorG, employing 1 shell (2 total) to create a smooth surface with PLA material. The print settings include: FlashForge Creator Pro (similar to Makerbot Replicator 2) Heated Bed: 45°C Blue painters tape on the bed, no additional treatment required Print Temperature: 220°C Feedrate: 40 mm/s Travel Feedrate: 55 If you have optimized feedrates, please share them! I'm eager to improve my sharing experience. STEP files have proven reliable for me when transporting files between different CAD platforms. If STEPs are a problem for you, let me know what other common and relatively generic CAD format works better for you.
