Pz38 turret lightened

I'm gearing up to produce a Pz38(t) company as adversaries for my FOW Russians. I've tweaked the turret design and already have one model with an open hatch on it - it's designated as command. The hatch is reinforced to make sure it holds up under wargame conditions. I haven't printed these yet, so I'd appreciate any feedback from someone who makes one - constructive criticism is welcome!
