Python OpenSCAD 3D Spline Surface Creator
thingiverse
Polysurface enhances pyopenscad, a Python interface for OpenSCAD programming language. It receives a list of lists containing points and generates a 3D double-splined surface from them. The input can be any set of points without constraints. The Ultra-efficient Hybrid EV's bodywork, available at http://lkcl.net/ev, utilizes polysurface and pyopenscad exclusively. Instructions for usage are provided at https://github.com/lkcl/pyopenscadspline. Prerequisites include pyopenscad (https://github.com/SolidCode/SolidPython), Python (http://python.org), and OpenSCAD (http://www.openscad.org/).
