This is a diffuser for the Python water changer. It slows the water when refilling the tank to prevent the incoming water from disturbing the substrate material (sand, gravel, plants, etc). This design is a fun use of the PrusaSlicer “Height Range Modifier” feature to turn the solid base of the model into a diffusing screen. The Fusion360 file is a simple hollow cylinder with a solid base. You can adjust the diameter, overall length, and diffusing screen thickness (solid base thickness) to your liking.
