Pythagorean theorem box
thingiverse
I designed a box showcasing the Pythagorean theorem for a math teacher colleague, demonstrating how students could build it themselves. To make this box, I used a laser cutter and 5mm-thick HDF wood. I combined two different SVG files, adjusting them slightly so that one design includes panels that fit together seamlessly. The dimensions of the rectangular triangles in my design are based on a standard 3-4-5 triangle, making it easy for students to measure and understand the concept. The specific measurements used were 9cm by 12cm by 15cm. To assemble the box, I applied regular wood glue to hold all parts together. Feel free to customize and improve this design as needed! This project requires the following materials: * HDF wood (5mm thick), measuring 40cm x 30cm should be sufficient for building this box. * Wood glue
