Pythagorean Theorem

Pythagorean Theorem

thingiverse

A grade 8 math student was inspired to create a Pythagorean Triple model featuring sides of 3 cm, 4 cm, and 5 cm using Isos' design. The smaller square's chain ensures no pieces are lost during class. An improved base allows for one-piece assembly without the need for a chain or separate square. Tinkercad links for base, chain, and square are provided: Base - https://tinkercad.com/things/8KCI2BOjPnM; Chain - https://tinkercad.com/things/07GR4EwqWhq; Square - https://tinkercad.com/things/07GR4EwqWhq. Print the model in PLA or ABS plastic using low settings with rafts. UPDATE: For improved base usage, print the chain and square first. Use the "Z Pause Height" feature to pause printing the base at 10 mm, place the chain and square in the correct orientation, then resume printing.
