Pyrrhocore - Foldable Hexacopter

Pyrrhocore - Foldable Hexacopter

thingiverse

Here is my first release of my foldable hexacopter Pyrrhocore. This little boy fits 5-inch props and delivers a lot of thrust, so you won't be disappointed. Backward-folding arms allow you to store it in a standard suitcase (see pic), which saves lots of crashes by folding on impact. To build this multirotor, you'll need: 6 x 25mm M3 screws with 12 nylon washers and nylock nuts for the sliding parts (don't overtighten) 6 x 20mm M3 screws with nylock nuts 6 x 30mm nylon spacers (or aluminum) with 12 screws The electronics are pretty standard: Naze32, 6 motors, 6 mini ESCs, distribution board, FPV gear. If you follow my build instructions in the pictures, you can see that I embedded all the electronics in the lower part of the chassis. The top part fits a 2200mAh 3S Lipo if you set up the nylon spacer like me. Feel free to test other mount options. Two sets of arms are provided: one set fits motors like the 1806 or 1804, and the other set fits 2205 or 2204 motors. Don't hesitate to send me a tip if you like my work and want to support it. You can also see and like my Facebook page here: https://www.facebook.com/hicwicen/ As with my other creations, if you don't have a 3D printer, I can print it for you. Just go to my website and order what you need. For this one, I provide the screws, nuts, washers, and spacer. Print Settings: Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3 Infill: 20%
