This is a tool used to pack flash paper into a Pyro or mini fireshooter device. Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 (3D-P11) Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.06mm Infill: 20% Notes: These small parts require an extruder with a hole of .2mm or smaller to function properly. I used a .4mm extruder, resulting in acceptable prints but requiring significant refinement before use. Printing at 10 mm/s ensured maximum accuracy. Design Process: I based this design on the original Pyro Plunger and utilized a caliper for precision measurements. To enhance appearance and functionality, I made several modifications to smooth out the parts.
