This example is printed in ABS, acetone vaporized, using a reliable 3D printing process that also accommodates PLA. FDM print requires splitting parts to ensure precision at the inner side. To prevent plastic blobs from forming, sandpaper the tracks thoroughly. Insert an M3 nylock nut into the core and secure it with normal M3 screws, but no springs are required for optimal performance. Lubricate the mechanism with vaseline to ensure a smooth operation, resulting in good puzzle functionality.
