The Pyramid Stacker is angled to match the exact dimensions of a real pyramid, making it a versatile storage solution with a unique look that's great for everything from jewelry and electronic parts to Lego and other small toys/models, tools, and parts. With its modular design, you can print just the top (L1) and one layer down (L2) for a mini storage facility or go all out and print the lot if your build plate allows it. This storage solution is ideal for storing small things near the top and larger items lower down, with each layer snapping together securely if well printed on an accurate machine. A small tab on one of the four faces of each layer helps with opening and separating the layers to store or retrieve items. Clean prints with a nice flat base are essential for a great result, along with good build plate adhesion for larger square prints. A range of configurations is provided, allowing you to choose from a single open space within the layer to having it divided into 2 or 4 equal chambers. Each layer is 30mm in height, and you can print the top (L1), followed by your choice of L2 with a divider into 2 or 4 chambers, depending on your needs. To ensure a good fit between layers, it's essential to have precise slicing app settings and an accurate machine. If the prints won't join, the joining edges/surfaces can be easily cleaned up with a craft knife, sandpaper, or a file until they do. If the layer joints are slightly loose, you can simply sit the layers on top of each other, and the overlapping parts will align them and keep them in place.
