This project aims to simplify and enhance the usability of the PXMalion T320 by implementing modifications that boost stability.\r\n\r\nTo be accomplished: Capture images of implementation and provide a detailed account of required hardware.\r\n\r\nRequired components:\r\nExtruder Boxes:\r\nThese relocate extruder motors from the base to the top plate, utilizing existing mounting holes to secure the motor. This setup allows bowden tubes to hang down, preventing interference with prints or snagging potential.\r\n\r\nT320 Endstop:\r\nThis component employs a screw, nut, and spring that snaps onto the rod above the z endstop switch. It enables manual adjustment of the z-axis via a screw.\r\n\r\nX Carriage:\r\nThis module replaces the x-axis carriage housing the hotend assembly and utilizes LM8UU bearings to move away from stock bushings. This setup facilitates smoother travel on the x-axis.\r\n\r\nSpool holders:\r\nThese enable installation of skateboard bearings and dowel rods to hold filament at the printer's base, eliminating real estate consumption. These mount in place of extruder motors, extending slightly beyond the printer's edge.\r\n\r\nY Axis Belt Clip:\r\nThis is an extended version of PXMalion's design, providing a better grip on the belt to prevent slipping.\r\n\r\nY Axis Tensioner:\r\nComponents to print:\r\nTensioner\r\nBrace\r\nAdjustment Knob\r\nThis module replaces the front bracket holding the belt pulley and smooth rods. It allows for belt tensioning and removal of spring tensioners. Additional parts required will be updated soon.\r\n\r\nExtension Blocks:\r\nThese modules enable regaining lost height due to fan and hotend assembly installation.\r\n\r\nCorner 1/ Corner 2:\r\nPrint two of each of these components for use with different motion controller boards. Alternatively, print two of one corner type for diagonal ends of the board. These screws in where the original board was, elevating it slightly for improved airflow. Using only two corners instead of four makes rotation and securing easier, and you can also utilize the four original screws without additional sourcing.
