PwnCNC proudly stands behind our thriving community of makers, working tirelessly to bring together innovative non-printed parts and essential items to empower you in creating this or any of our projects: https://pwncnc.com/make If you prefer purchasing this item rather than making it yourself, you can find it listed here: https://pwncnc.com/purchase The PwnCNC Camera Mount is the ideal solution for keeping an eye on your cuts directly from within CNCjs. All components except the balls can be printed in PLA; however, the balls require TPU if possible. The "squeezing" action as the nut tightens onto the bolt is a crucial effect. **Bars** The primary assembly of this item consists of the steel rod, Nut-[size].stl, Bolt-[size].stl, and Ball-[size].stl. This assembly can be repeated multiple times to extend the length of your camera mount. I have included models that support two different sized steel rods: 3/16" or 1/4". The 1/4" are sturdier and will provide a stronger hold over longer distances... but the thinner may be cheaper and is where I started. Note: Due to availability, acquire your steel rods first from online or a local hardware store prior to printing the Nuts, Balls, or Bolts. **Mounting** There is an ever-growing list of mounting options. 1. Surface-Mount.stl allows you to use any screws to surface mount a nut which the bolt can screw into. 2. Shapeoko-Mount.stl adds an angled nut which easily slips right onto the Shapeoko's endplate. 3. Bar-Mount.stl & Bar-Clamp.stl uses two M5x10mm screws to put clamping pressure on a steel plate about 1.75mm thick. I designed this to work with my Dewalt Garage Shelving where my 3d printer farm sits. **Camera** Thus far, I've only been using simple Logitech C270 webcams for recording... thus i have a few options for attaching a bolt onto these cameras. 1. Camera-Mount.stl is the first and a bit hard to get the whole thing put together. It reuses a few mounting parts from when you disassembled your webcam. 2. Camera-Mount-2.stl is far easier to install using a single M3x18mm screw to attach the camera to the bracket.
