I couldnt find a proper case where the ports lined up properly using the PiSugar2 1200mah battery. I can't recall the original source file but I remixed one and rearranged the ports to line up properly, I also added vents to allow proper cooling as mine was getting quite hot during operation. One file, includes case and lid. Depending on your printer you may need to superglue the lid in place, mine fits snugly but ymmv.
