I designed my Pwnagotchi case around my build:Raspberry Pi 0 WWaveshare v2 with "slim-agotchi" low profile modPiSugar power pack with 1200mAh batteryIt's a snug fit that exposes the USB ports while the cover is dovetailed and slides into place with just the right amount of tension.
