Pwnagotchi 2.7 waveshare Pi4 case and screen

I created a remix/mashup for a Waveshare 2.7" screen on a Pi4, and it's still evolving as I work to improve the top screen reveal dimensions and other aspects. I plan to develop several versions of this project with additional features: * An extended case to accommodate extra wifi cards and GPS * Ziptie points on the case for mounting an external battery * A version with visible Waveshare buttons * Improved recessed mounting holes in the case, so the bottom screws aren't raised above the bottom I'll upload all these changes as I design, print, and test them.
