Its time for me to move away from my gen 2 NVGs and onto the new tech in the GEN 3! This next gen system incorporates a purpose built FPV display and boasts a display quality of 800x600p or a 1024x768p display! which is more than twice the quality of the adafruit TFT. This design is mostly waterproof but much more complex than my previous designs! the shopping list for this is a bit more extensive. all files are in the .3mf. the "adapter" is to run the new display on the gen 2 housing you will need a display. you either get the V760A-5 or the V760A-3. you can find them on ebay for around $150 you will also need a camera.
