I designed a custom case for my Frank 3 nixie tube clock kit from pvelectronics.co.uk, which offers a fantastic clock kit but I chose to create my own case using PLA instead. The IN-12 / IN-17 Nixie Tube Clock Kit With Tubes Included is what they call it on their site. Printing face-side down should yield no supports needed, though you might have to fine-tune the dimensions slightly for your clock to fit properly.
