I'm using four pieces of PVC with a one-inch OD and three bamboo grill sticks, each measuring three millimeters in thickness. This foldable tripod serves as a stable platform for my RC relay station, and it's also been repurposed as a shooting stick. The design is versatile enough to be adapted for any use requiring a tripod setup. I've printed the components using both PLA and TPU materials, opting for 30% infill to strike a balance between weight and structural integrity. If bamboo isn't readily available, a 3mm bolt measuring around 50 millimeters or two inches in length can be used as a suitable substitute. Version two of this design boasts slightly thicker PVC components but features a narrower base for added stability.
