I created a custom connector specifically designed for building stage trusses using 40mm and 16mm (5/8 inch) PVC pipes. To assemble the truss, simply slide the 16mm pipes into place, ensuring they extend 235 mm in length. While this design may not be suitable for supporting heavy lights, it's perfect for truss warming or other applications where a lightweight structure is needed. The connector fits snugly together without requiring any glue or screws, thanks to its clever design. For added precision, use the distance object to ensure the connectors are spaced correctly apart. This ensures a stable and secure connection every time. The plate itself measures 300x300 mm and fits seamlessly onto a CR10 build plate of the same size. UPDATE: I've made some improvements to the design by adding a sturdy triangle baseplate for added stability and support.
