PVC - Shop Vac coupler

This connector will join 2-inch Schedule 40 PVC to a 2-inch Shop Vac hose. Since both are 2 inches in diameter but have notably different outside diameters, a connector resolves the issue. The 2-inch Shop Vac hose I have used and seen features a soft rubber gasket that fits tightly into the smaller end of this connector, which is slightly conical. The PVC side is also conical to snugly fit Schedule 40 PVC; once a suitable fit is achieved, you can bond it in place with some type of epoxy.
