PVC Quick Detach Silencer

After getting fed up with the hassle of removing flash hiders from my AR to test silencers I found online, and realizing there are no suppressors that can be mounted on standard A2 flash hiders, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I succeeded in making my own, and here's what I came up with: -The main body is made from a 1-inch PVC tube, which not only provides extra strength but also saves me money compared to printing it. All parts are held together by pins made from M3 threaded rods, following the AR design style where everything fits together seamlessly. -It's fully modular - I can easily make it as long or short as I want, switch between different baffles (more are on their way), or add a bit more expansion chamber. -Speaking of which, after printing the fat version and adding a 50mm OD drain pipe (I had to use an old one since I didn't have any new ones handy) and cutting some holes in the inner tube, you can add a whole lot of extra space where gases will be redirected after a shot, which substantially increases noise reduction. -All parts are interchangeable, so if anything breaks, I just print one piece instead of the whole suppressor. -I've tested it on .22lr, and while I wasn't brave enough to test it with .223, it should work for at least one shot. And of course, it should also work for airsoft. -So far after 100 shots, including some mag dumping, there are no visible signs of damage or wear, nothing is melted (I printed it from PTEG). -More baffles and mounting options are on the way. Feel free to ask any questions and post your makes or remixes. **I am not responsible for any damage you do to yourself and others. Note that in many places in the world silencers are illegal, so check your local laws before building one.** -I've also published a helical version which improves sound reduction and decreases back pressure, and an updated mount which increases accuracy, so be sure to check them out! https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4209585 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4255910
