This piece was designed specifically for a project my students were working on. They were building cat towers that needed PVC pipes attached to 3/4 inch wood pieces. The fitting is meant to be inserted into a PVC pipe, and the paws on the outside were added because it was a project being donated to the Humane Society of Tampa Bay.
