PVC pipe tee clamp
thingiverse
This is a straightforward clamp for 3/4" inch PVC that allows you to attach a tee to a length of pipe without cutting the pipe. The design enables you to create a canopy with both ends of the pipe supported, thereby eliminating the need for added structural support. To ensure durability, be cautious not to overtighten the hardware. Otherwise, this clamp has proven suitable for most applications. Use #8-32x1 inch machine screws paired with nuts. When tightened, the nuts will fit snugly and remain securely locked in place within the part. Alternatively, M5-.8x25mm metric screws and nuts can be used as a substitute; however, the nuts may not fit tightly into the recesses. During the printing process, no supports or raft were necessary, and PLA was utilized as the material of choice. PETG, being slightly more flexible, is also an excellent option for this design.
