We had a bunch of 22mm PVC piping just collecting dust, and I needed a mic arm and a vibration damper. Print as many joint clamps as you need to match your piping, then use rubber bands on the mic to suspend it right in the middle of the vibration isolator. Just print with standard layer height; supports are recommended but I bet you can get away without them easily enough.
