These components are made to work alongside 1/2 inch Schedule 40 PVC pipe, designed using TinkerCad for versatility without relying on conventional plumbing connectors. The adjustable "sleeve" pieces usually don't require precise pipe lengths; simply slide until it fits the connector. Holes are set up for 1/4-20 machine screws (1.5 inch) and #6 sheet metal screws (half inch). Printing without supports is possible with "end pieces" and "flange pieces." Test prints are advisable due to unknown manufacturing tolerances of PVC pipe, using PLA (.35mm nozzle, .2mm layer height, 2 perimeters). A word of caution: the strength of these parts hasn't been determined, so good layer adhesion is crucial. Nylon filaments may provide more strength than PLA or ABS. Remember, PVC pipe isn't very rigid; connectors every 12 inches could suffice for most projects, but test them first. Replace the "endpieces" file if you find a layer flaw.
