PVC Pipe Bracket for Speaker Stand

PVC Pipe Bracket for Speaker Stand

This was inspired by a coworker's DIY speaker stands that were made from steel pipe fittings that fit onto commercial speaker stands, and we've been using them outdoors since the beginning of the pandemic. Well, those speakers are like 30lbs, but my desk speakers at home are like 5, so I figured I could get away with the same concept but plastic. These will fit onto a standard 3/4" PVC pipe with a little bit of wiggle room (in case your printer is as trash as mine :/ ) and attach to a flat surface with 4 countersunk screws. I wrapped some painter's tape around the end of the pipe to create a snug fit, but the gap is small enough that you could probably glue it in instead if it doesn't need to be removeable. If you find this and use it for something, please post a make, I'd love to see what projects it could be used for.
