PVC Drum Agitator for Harbor Freight Dual Drum Rock Tumbler

NOTE: First test results: Confirm that you've installed the agitator so the cups point clockwise when looking down the open tube. If the agitator is oriented with scoops working opposite rotation, brass pieces can get stuck and fail to fully tumble. Good news is after one hour tumbling a full pipe of 5.56 and 45acp brass emerged cleaner than rubber drums processed for 1.5 hours. I began tumbling my 45acp brass using a HF dual drum rotary tumbler, finding the rubber drums tedious to disassemble and reassemble. Inspired by this YouTuber's PVC pipe drum video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=roN67_oGpx8), I sought to create an agitator that's 3D printable without supports and fits snugly into a 4" pipe. To build my agitator, follow these steps: 1. Cut the 4" foam core PVC pipe to 9.25 inches. 2. Glue in the 4" knockout plug. 3. Insert the 3D printed agitator into place. 4. Start tumbling immediately.
