This drill guide makes it easy to precision-drill evenly spaced holes in 1/2-inch PVC pipe at distances ranging from one inch to six inches. You can now effortlessly create rows of perfectly aligned holes in your pipes. A 3/4-inch PVC version has been added, and initial tests suggest that this modification will function identically. This drill guide features recesses beneath each hole for accommodating standard 1/2-inch nuts. By aligning the drill guide with your drill press, you can start by drilling a pilot hole. Once complete, simply slide the pipe to your desired spacing, insert a 1/2-inch bolt through the newly drilled hole and twist it part-way into the waiting nut. To facilitate this process, you can also insert bolts from below and gently lift the pipe while carefully maneuvering around the drill bit.
