This can be used to join sections of PVC pipe together. Cut the PVC to length and insert one of these connectors into each section. Secure them with a bolt. The teeth enable you to adjust the angle. There is a 12-tooth and a 30-tooth version available. As designed, it should fit PVC with an inner diameter of 0.5 inches, featuring a 1-degree draft. 6/24/2018 Additional parts for hypercube or body-centered cubic structures have been added. 6/22/2018 A part for a dodecahedron has been included. To make it functional, you will need to print 20 of these connectors. 10/15/2017 A tetrahedral part has been added, which can be used for molecular modeling if scaled down for smaller tubing. 10/7/2017 A 12-tooth version with right and left parts has been introduced, allowing for the creation of a 90-degree or 180-degree angle. This is particularly useful for smaller parts that struggle with teeth meshing together. 10/2/2017 Twenty-four (15-degree) parts have been added, capable of forming 75-degree, 90-degree, and 105-degree angles, among others. An additional section has been included, designed to center on the middle of the pipe instead of being offset. SLC30MID was modified because when printed, the parts failed to fit together due to limited printer resolution. Another part featuring a toothed circle at right angles has been added. Smaller volume connectors for use with a number 6 screw and nut have also been included, along with modifications to the number 6 parts for improved angle and fit. An outside connector for the pipe in question has been added. SLC4Way was introduced to enable the creation of a spider design. A perpendicular connector has been included as well. 9/27/2017 Six-way, five-way, four-way, and three-way right-angle connectors have been added. These connectors are designed for use with 0.5-inch ID tubes but may require scaling depending on the tubing: * 1/2" SCPI pipe (available at Menards) works without scaling (measures 0.4935 inches ID) * 1/2" PVC pipe measures 0.622 inches ID, requiring a scale factor of 126% * 3/4" PVC pipe measures 0.822 inches ID, requiring a scale factor of 166% A piece for connecting 1/4-inch doweling has also been added. 9/28/2017 A corner part for creating an icosahedral design has been included. To create an icosahedron, you will need to print 12 of these connectors.
